Traditional Broadsword with Black Scabbard

Description

This Traditional Broadsword, part of the LONG QUAN Shen Family ( 沈广隆） swords of the Dragon Well weapons. Made from a highly respected family in Long Quan village, this broadsword is a grade beyond the regular Long Quan weapons.

The steel for the blades is much higher quality as we have had a higher grade of steel (high carbon content) delivered to the maker. The blade of this sword does not bend when stood on its tip, but has a slight flex for dynamic sound on thrusting actions. Satisfies competition standards for traditional and Tai chi events. 
sword weight around 1.9 lb. – 2.2 lb.
